Warranty Commitment
XSVPVOLT is committed to providing high-quality products and customer-friendly support. By using XSVPVOLT products, you agree to be bound by the XSVPVOLT limited warranty terms.
Warranty Period
We provide a limited warranty for products purchased from XSVPVOLT. All new and genuine products are covered by a five-year warranty.
The warranty period starts from the date the original purchaser receives the product. All replacement products will carry the same warranty period as the original defective product.
Once a product has been fully refunded, the warranty will be void.
Note: Please use the product strictly in accordance with the instructions.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers:
- Performance failure caused by original manufacturing defects (materials or workmanship)
- Quality issues occurring under normal use and in accordance with official instructions
If the product is resold or transferred, the warranty service will be terminated.
Not covered under warranty:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or natural disasters (such as lightning, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.)
- Defects or damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals
- Defects or damage caused by the use of unauthorized third-party components affecting reliability or compatibility
- Non-quality-related issues
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Products beyond the warranty period
- Lost, stolen, free, or refunded products
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat, cold, liquids, or other external factors
- Products with altered, removed, or unidentifiable model numbers, labels, or serial numbers, or damaged tamper-proof labels
- Failure to provide valid proof of purchase
Replacement or Repair
Please contact our support team first and provide relevant information (order details, description of the issue, photos or videos). After review, we will arrange the appropriate solution based on the issue. If repair is not possible, we may provide a free replacement of the same product.
All replaced products or parts under this warranty become the property of XSVPVOLT and will not be returned. If repair is required after the warranty period, you will be responsible for all labor and parts costs.
